Stonelux Paints review for Trustpilot Reviews

I installed this app to assess whether it was suitable for our business, then removed it when I decided it was not. I did not set up or approve any review request emails, yet invitations were sent to our customers. When I contacted Trustpilot, I was told that just downloading the app automatically sends review invites. We already use another review request system, so this risked customers receiving duplicate requests and made our business look unprofessional. Installing an app to assess it is not authorisation to contact customers. This should be made clear before installation.
