Honestly, the worst app ever. Can't customize the email so it looks like it is associated with my brand or give it a premium look and feel. It feels like trustpilot wants to be the arbitrator of reviews so you have very little control of how your brand is represented in these emails. Also if a customer does not reply to your review request you can't follow up. Trustpilot controls this process way too much. They also randomly remove reviews with no explanation. You are a review platform not the God of reviews. Get off your high horse. How ironic that truspilot has a 2 star rating.
Just awful. Support is non-existent on the free plan. A log is created and not responded to. Go to their website and ask for support there, it takes over 24 hours for them to respond to each message. Even then they’re totally unhelpful.

I cannot even install the app. TrustPilot sends a code to my email to verify during log in but I dont get any code, its not in spam either. Have had this issue for a long time.

Har installerat appen men sidan är helt vit, har försökt att avinstallera och installera om appen flera gånger men resultatet blir det samma
