Even though we had some troubles setting everything up, the support was extremely helpful to resolve the issues. Now we're on a paid plan just because of we know we have this backup. Today, this app and the team is our only solution for getting our Amazon reviews into our Shopify store

Ahsan was great in understanding and resolving my issues quickly and effectively. "My issues" had nothing to do with the app itself, just my lack of technical expertise in rolling it out. Ahsan was able to install the App Widget and show me how to manually request reviews via email.

i had an issue with the reviews not showing, contacted support and within 3 min from sending my first message it was fixed, great great service

This app and almost the support are insanely crazy. Really easy to use, extreme fast feedback if requested by the team and insane response time even on holidays. I can totally recommend it to everyone!

When I delete the app, the stars and numbers of the reviews remain near the product name
