I have reviewed many review apps and used TrustReviews. Reviews appear on my collection pages and product page and I love the app. There was a problem in the integration, but it was minor because Shahroz helped me in a short time on the live chat. He corrected the CSV I received from Woocommerce and imported the reviews. Get the app and enjoy.

So far, so good. I didn't have a problem importing reviews from another app along with photos. The team are always very helpful and quick to respond to any queries I have. I would definitely recommend this review app to others. Even the design is perfect for my store.

I changed review services due to compatibility issues on my Shopify store and am very happy with TrustReviews! I was having issues importing reviews using the CSV template so I messaged using the chat feature. Within minutes I had an email from support! Shahroz was incredibly patient & helpful! It was a very quick and easy process! I really appreciated him sending screenshots of the changes and updates. Very kind and thorough! I hope to not need help in the future but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands!
