Best customer service I've ever experienced here. Ran into an issue during install and they got it fixed up and running in no time. The app itself seems to work quite well so far too.

This app can also be set in Japanese. It has the features necessary for a review app. Among the free apps, it is very easy to use.

Really fast and efficient response and solution to my issue! Much appreciated :) The person I dealt with actually ended up fixing the issue for me as I couldn’t get my head around it! Gave them user permissions, easy!

Great review app and great team to deal with. This review app is very nice and has made my website more intuitive with photo and video reviews. 5 star all around.

The customer service is quite good and fast responsive. So far i can see the app works well. it has the function to send emails to remind the buyer to leave reviews. that's nice!

was having trouble with getting review function on, i do have Omnisend who tried but dont offer very much help. so i tried with trustshop who helped in setting this feature up, Jenny was outstanding and very quick and also very helpful. Thank you Jenny.

I swapped over to TrustShop after Shopify announced that they were retiring their "Product Reviews" app. I wish I would have swapped over sooner! TrustShop's product reviews app is way more versatile, gives customers a better sorting / filtering experience, and looks much better on our product pages. Not only that, but the TrustShop support team has been super helpful. They even went directly into my store to help fix some issues I was having with text colors. The only thing I wish this app had were a few more controls over text color settings (some problems arose since our website is primarily dark background with white text) but they informed me that these improvements will be added in the next update to TrustShop. I highly recommend!

lovely app and very easy to use, had a small concern when I set it up but was quickly sorted by the customer service people who made sure I had done it all correctly highly reccommend this app, its great and within minutes of putting it on my site I had reviews coming in. thank you
