My experience so far has been very good. The only issue I have is the ability to show all reviews to customers. Allowing the widget to be used multiple times on a page would complete my needs through the tool.

Waiting new release but im satisfy
I was using Judge.me and I couldnt reply to a complaint that was because they hadn't gotten their product even though in was being transported to their location. Since I couldn't reply the app was useless and then I found this and just started to use it today and see they have a reply.
This app looks perfect on our elegantly styled Shopify site. I had issues integrating the app on our product page (I hadn’t installed it properly), but the app team fixed the issues quickly. It looks easy to use and can’t wait to try it out on the live site.

Easy app to install and user friendly. Fantastic customer support. They sorted my problem just within 5 mins. Highly recommend.
App seems ok, the Google rich data is incorrect though and creates a sperate product rather than attaching to the existing one

Product does so much and it is easy to use. I'm getting so many more reviews since I switched. Plus, they have amazing customer service.

Hello, I would like it to be possible to only allow the posting of reviews by customers and not by anyone, but the app seems to not have that option
Hello, my name is Jenny. First of all, sorry that you had a really bad experience with our application. Regarding the function you want, our application provides a function that only customers can review. You can turn off the write review button on the write reviews form of the widget box by doing the following: https://prnt.sc/IooOIkC8Cp44 I hope this information reaches you and that it will help you use our application more effectively
Having just set up the app, I'm super impressed with the help who are fast and extremely helpful. TrustShop is offering everything I needed for a product review app for my online shop, and I super happy with it :)

Great review app to take the place of the recently discontinued Shopify Reviews app. Customer service is VERY nice and responsive, also very helpful! Recommended!
Really great app - replaced the Product Review app we were previously using and the development team was super helpful in getting everything setup for us!
