I looked through and tried a handful of product review apps and I am glad I landed on this one. I have been able to customize the app and customer support has been very helpful as I am not the most tech savvy person. I recommend this app!

Avoid TrustShop—Terrible App & Zero Support! This is one of the worst apps I've experienced. I installed TrustShop on my store and uploaded reviews via a CSV file. Only after the upload did I discover that integrating the reviews required me to manually insert code onto every product page myself. I'm not a coding expert and expected an automated, user-friendly process—not extra work that feels like I'm doing TrustShop's job for them. Even worse, after deleting the app, the reviews stayed on my store’s landing page but weren’t connected to the individual product pages. Customers click on products expecting reviews and find none. This disconnect severely undermines my website's credibility. Adding insult to injury, there's no live chat support—just a message promising that someone will respond eventually via email. Save yourself stress and credibility issues—avoid this app like the plague!
