I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pete, and he is a legend! He has truly made the whole process a breeze. We were on a mission to tackle a pain point in our business, helping customers determine their ring size and whether a particular style would suit them, especially for those who haven’t worn jewellery before. I’m pleased to say that we’ve successfully addressed this issue. Plus, we’re seeing an increase in our average order value, which was another goal we were working on.

We implemented Try with Mirra last week and we are off to a great start. It's clearly getting new customers over the line with 82% of the orders coming from new customers.TWM orders also have a higher AOV. The team were amazing to deal with and made the who onboarding seamless.

Shoes are notoriously tricky to purchase online so "Try With Mirra" has been a great addition to our online store as a luxury footwear boutique with a higher price point. The service has helped us acquire many first-time buyers and our success rate of pairs kept by them so far has been 100%. It has helped take the risk out of online shopping for our customers. The setup process was quick and easy with Peter, Shannon, and the team, and I know that there is help if I need it. I also loved that they had marketing collateral ready to go to help promote/explain the process to customers in a straightforward way and we were able to see our first order within a few days of set up. Would highly recommend it to any e-commerce store!

This has solved so many problems for my online swimwear biz. My customers love they can now try before you buy which was always a major hurdle for new customers. The app itself is incredibly user friendly and efficient plus the customer service and onboarding help from the Mirra team is excellent. So glad I have this app.

We were so excited to find about Try With Mirra’s TBYB service – as a home décor brand with a higher price point, it makes complete sense that our customers would want to see our pieces in their own home before committing. Within a few days of having it on our site (and without any communications around it yet), we have our first order! Shannon and team have made the setup process so smooth and tailored to my brand. The Try Mirra team have been really helpful and responsive during the whole process of setting up and running the app. The data to date is strong, we've had a lot of new customers trying our brand as they can now Try Before They Buy and many of these orders converting into sales. As a fashion brand there is definitely a demand for customers to try styles before they buy in the comfort of their home particularly if they are unsure about sizing. This additional service has helped us grow sales and attract new customers. We have had a few instances where customer returns (and final payments) have had to be proactively followed up and Try Mirra have stepped in to help where needed; on balance we have experienced very few issues in comparison to overall increase of sales.

I love this app! Finally a way I can solve my customers item sizing concerns and encourage them to give us a try and buy! The onboarding process is incredibly easy and was set up and operating within hours. The team have been quick to respond to any questions. This app is fantastic! It was incredibly easy to implement, and even those with minimal experience can install it on a Shopify store. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to offer a "Try Before You Buy" option on their site.

Introducing a Try at Home service is working well for us. We are picking up new customers that are hesitant about buying sunglasses online. We have always offered free returns, but customers are responding better to this option as it's automated. Feedback from customers who have used the service so far has been very positive.

The try with mirra, home try on system has given new customers peace of mind when trying our brand for the first time, our send back rate has been really small so we do recommend this app to capture new customers. The customer service at try with mirra is outstanding they have been so helpful and completed the set up for me. I cannot recommend this app enough!

We've been using Try before you buy with Mirra for about 3 months now, we wanted to test it out in our quiet period and so far so good. Shannon & the team have been AMAZING to work with, always easy to communicate with and troubleshoot ideas etc. I feel confident that when our peak seasons hit it will run smoothly and seamlessly because of the great systems in place.

We have been using Try With Mirra for a few months and couldn't be happier! It’s a great platform and the process is seamless for both brand and customers. The app speaks for itself, an incredible tool for any eCommerce Business. The team at Try With Mirra have been nothing short of pro-active and attentive through the whole on-boarding process. They are wonderful to deal with, and have navigated any issues with ease. We are already seeing positive results whilst using the app. Feels native to our website so customs organically utilise.

I've been using Try with Mirra for a few months and it is just fabulous! I had been looking for an app that allows customer try-on with a vaulted card but with previous apps always came across issues with store integration, functionality and customer notications/messaging. This app has absolutely none of those issues! It works seemslessly with my store and I have never had any tech issues. The customers love the service and find the process very simple to use. I higly recommend the Try with Mirra app if you are looking at try-before-you-buy service. Apart from the great tech, the support team are very responsive and more than happy to help in any way they can. They really want this app to work for your business and they have worked very hard considering the customer journey and the e-comm process. Great job team!

Nothing short of impeccable. We've worked with the Try with Mirra team for several months now and can attest to not only the support but the results. Given the difficulty inherent to the eyewear niche from an online standpoint, Try with Mirra addresses a key pain point for our customers and does so with a frictionless platform. Onboarding is a breeze, UI is incredibly simple for our team and for our customers. Most importantly however, the platform works. Our order frequency and AOV have seen a direct improvement after utilising the service. Would highly recommend

Try With Mirra has been amazing. The team are extremely helpful and friendly and made the whole set up process super easy! They have been really fast at replying to any questions I have and happy to help me in any way they can! The feature is amazing, we have had really strong positive feedback from our customers and our OAV and conversion rates are increasing since the install just a few weeks ago. It really is a must have for all ecom brands in the fashion industry and I can see it becoming a “norm” in the future, putting it right up there with AfterPay!

The whole process with onboarding to customer experience with Try with Mirra has been incredible. The level of support provided not only to my brand but also customers is so impressive.
