We had a great experience with TryNow. They have been incredibly helpful during setup and onboarding. Any questions we had during the process, Luisa quickly answered and resolved. They truly care about the brands they work with and want to see you succeed. Our customers have been loving having this option to try on two of our wigs before committing to either of them.

Luisa, our customer support agent, has been great! We had some issues setting TryNow up but she was super quick to respond to all our questions and resolve any issues we had. We just launched TryNow and are really looking forward to offering this as a option to our customers. The TryNow platform so far seems to work great and delivers exactly what we were hoping for.

Luisa my onboarding specialist is a 5. I really enjoy working with her. She is very responsive and always gives me more info than i request and its always helpful. Thank you. This app has been a huge help for my business singing launching ecomm. My 1st order was a Try Now order. It takes the risk away from the customer and let's you talk big in your marketing. Great app.

TryNow is one of the most critical parts of our business, and they have been the primary partner who has allowed us to disrupt the online fragrance industry. Moreover, they're led by a team of insanely talented and ambitious people who are customer- and brand-centric. If you need a feature, they'll build it for you. We have been with TryNow from the very beginning, and only have the best things to say about their product and their team.

Try Now is the future! Pretty soon every e-commerce website will offer some sort of 'try at home, before you buy' option. This app/company is the leading solution in this space. We have seen a huge uptick in AOV and overall conversion rate, since adding TRY NOW to our website. The tech & integration process is seamless, and their team of representatives are amazing! They can walk you through every step of the process. 10/10

So grateful to have found TryNow. Elena and Jennifer were incredibly helpful in getting us set up and troubleshooting any integration issues along the way. This service helps us automate a service we were cobbling together through website work arounds and lots and lots of manual entry work. We officially launched this month and are excited to see how things progress! A huge thank you again to the team at TryNow.

We have been using TryNow since its beginnings 2 years ago. The TryNow team has been extremely helpful in updating us on improvements, helping us with problems, and consistently meeting with us to look for ways to improve our sales. Try before you buy has helped our customers feel comfortable about trying different sizes and styles with their orders, increasing customer satisfaction while increasing order volume. TryNow has been an integral part of our growth as a company.

TryNow has been so easy to implement and I'm excited to get this program launched and see how customers use this opportunity as a bridge between in-store experience and online shopping. Elena has been so helpful through every step of the process and the team resolved any issues quickly and provided documentation so that I knew how to use the app. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

The onboarding experience was super simple and smooth. We only launched in Dec but so far we're pleased with the results and the uptick in our AOV, New Customers, and returning lapsed customers. Would definitely recommend!

If you're looking for a way to gain consumer trust in your new or existing product, offering the option to try it for FREE is a game changer. TryNow has helped us encourage customers to order from us by trusting that once they do try our product, they will want to keep it! It also allows our customers to order a few options to compare, saving us from multiple orders and the expense of shipping multiple times. TryNow has a very responsive support team which you don't always get with apps and our customers LOVE the easy process and we love that we don't have to worry about follow-ups and managing delayed payments or failed payments! Total game changer.
