STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. Trynow basically broke our website for a few months. The reason being is because their software doesn't play nicely with Shopify and it was hard to spot that it was their software causing the issue (which is why the issue went on for so long). Costing us high 6-fig, possibly 7-fig losses in revenue. In addition to the app breaking our digital ecosystem, their dashboard is misleading and their team/dashboard will encourage you to lean more into the app than is logical. The biggest shock of this entire thing was their refusal to refund the trynow fees from this terrible experience. These fees were a fraction of the total financial losses we suffered from the app. For reference we are a digitally savvy, fairly large, digitally native brand. With lots of experience using shopify apps. This was the worst app experience we have had in 8yrs on shopify.

it was buggy and still showed that the customer had to pay for the product. then it wouldn't allow me to de-select certain products. When I had to uninstall it it reuined my website

The app looks good but I cant implement it on my website. The support is pretty lazy, made me wait for 3 days and came up with no solution. They really need to work on their customer support.
