The only issue i have with this app is that i have asked for help a number of times with no success my issue is that i changed my user eBay for brand purposes now i can not list on eBay. so i effect i am only paying for half of the app functions. please can some help me with this issue. thank you.

it has a couple good features but out of 8 orders i received after installing, only 1 synced over to shopify and it was missing the fulfill by date and the customer name. i tried getting customer service but it said no one was available so i sent 2 messages throughout the day and now i give up.
