I've been using txtcart on my store for the last few months, and honestly I'm very happy! It has been a game changer in terms of converting those customers that have abandoned cart. The set up is super easy, and their customer support team is responsive and helpful (even on the weekends). I highly recommend!

I use this sms recovery app on all my stores. Super easy set up, starts recovering carts immediately without you having to do anything, AI features are awesome as well. Would highly recommend for brand new stores and existing brands

Other companies require you to have a high level of marketing and tech knowledge to get their SMS marketing platform to work. TxtCart Just works! setting up my first campaign was a breeze and I have not looked back ever sense.

10/10 Customer Service! The App Didn't work out for me & my needs, So I un installed it, However I was charged for a subscription before I un-Installed the app, I have Txt Cart a quick call, and they were fast to issue a refund. Fantastic Customer Service. The app just didn't end up working out for me.

Fast Response time. I got an accidental charge on my account and they answered all my concerns as well as gave me a refund. The amazing customer service really showed when they informed me about a startup plan I wasn't aware of. So Flexible, so smooth, 100% recommend!
