Their customer support is fantastic—live chat help is always on hand whenever I need it. I was also impressed at how quickly the abandoned cart flow worked: it recovered a sale within just five minutes of being activated with minimal setup required on my end!

Shoutout to Juan for Rockstar Service! Alright, let’s talk about some real customer service MVP stuff here. Juan from TxtCart Plus seriously knows his game. I hit him up with some issues, and man, did he handle it like a champ. Super quick to respond, and not just with any solutions, but the right ones. Dude was all about making sure I understood what was up every step of the way, which is cool because not everyone takes the time, you know? It’s like having a guide in the wild tech forest. Solid! Its a very easy to use platform and the support team is amazing. Also the team believes so much in their product that you get a free trial so with that it pays for itself by generating you extra sales. No risk fam. But once you are in and essentially making (free) money I doubt you will ever look any other way. Support team is great. Platform is always getting better and innovating. Txt cart understands that making you more money and keeping their clients happy is what keeps them going. Well done Txt Cart.

DO NOT INSTALL!!!! THEY LURE YOU IN WITH A FREE TRIAL THEN AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOU. THEY CHARGED $2K FOR AN APP THAT WAS INSTALLED FOR LESS < 10 MINUTES AFTER DISCOVERING THE FEATURE THEY ARE ADVERTISING ALL OVER YOUTUBE HASN'T BEEN DEVELOPED YET. SCAM!!!!

I'm reaching out because I saw your review and believe there may be a misunderstanding. Although we have a no-refund policy, in the light of your specific circumstances we can definitely issue a full refund for you. I also wanted to explain what might have happened to help you avoid similar issues in the future. Here's what I found: It appears you signed up for a plan with a trial period, then uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and during the reinstall process, you selected a new plan. It's important to note that the trial period comes with only one installation to prevent abuse of the system. Since you had already used the trial on the first installation, the new plan wouldn't have another trial, and that's the reason why a charge was made. Also, you selected our annual Pro Plan, which is a one-time annual charge of $1,990 (instead of $199 per month). This plan effectively gives you two months free compared to the monthly option. Regardless of the specifics, I sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience. I'll be happy to process a refund for you once you email us back!

One of the best sms apps out there, I have over a 20 roas with my sms campaigns. They also have a boat load of new features releasing like sms support using ai, sms flows. Overall this app is excellent and I can’t wait until all the features are released!
