TxtCart AI: SMS Marketing

Life changing install for us! It feels as though we have another employee getting sales for us with this app. We have already made so much extra revenue after only having the app for a few weeks now. They also have quick and helpful customer service!

Their CS team is super friendly and always willing to help out with anything. We reached out to get some help with our compliance setup and Rachel is soo helpful! Very excited to see what all the SMS by human hype is about.

The app is not yet ready for UK market so cannot complete the set up or use. The expected launch date for UK keeps getting pushed back each month so all very frustrating and a total waste of time. Received an interesting email about our review too - but I'll leave shopify to deal with that......

Not for me. I was charged $34, never even made a sale. Im sure its great for websites that has more traffic, but if you are just starting out and building your clientele, there are way more beginner friendly apps out there.

I wanted to know how to add my contacts to my subscriber list and the answer is not only vague, but it is very inaccurate. The short answer is you cannot upload a CSV file at all. It must be done for you. Hope they can update the instructions. The automated response is terrible which leaves the client going in circles to try to find out how to add the contacts by uploading a csv. The chat human also insisted that I could upload a csv, but when I told her I don't see an option for it, she then told me that customer service must do it for you. Be more straight forward because clients are spending too much time on a wild goose chase. YOU CANNOT UPLOAD A CSV FILE. It must be done for the client by emailing support.

Awesome app, I was really surprised to see how quick and easy it was to set up, and how soon after it started working! Highly recommend this for anyone that wants super easy automated SMS discounts. You barely have to think about it

I have found this is a good app for capturing abandon checkouts. I am happy with the conversion rate.

This app should be taken off of the Shopify app store for deceptive and false advertising. They will associate any sale that happens after they text the customer even if no link to cart or discount was sent. The texts that are sent to these abandoned checkouts are not human sounding and do not actually address what the customer asks most of the time. Nowhere under the plan information does it say that they charge a $5 monthly fee for carrier usage, to which support told me it is just not advertised... Also telling a customer that they are unaware of SMS marketing costs, and then proceeding to shame me for being on Shopify advanced plan and complaining about the charge is laughable. My Shopify plan is irrelevant from what I pay to this app, and should never have been thrown at me like that. Just because merchants are not noticing your hidden charges does not make it right...

Fantastic service! I can't believe the extra money I am making now that the giant whole in my store that was abandoned checkouts is being tackled head on to help me get the highest possible number of conversions and reduce wasted ad spend.

app helped me recover a huge amount of abandoned carts they offer alot for the free plan i think if you are trying to scale your sales this is a really good app to help you do so, i had a problem and when i reached out for them i received instant help no matter the time of day

So far I love this app! I have an abandoned cart campaign setup to help convert people who don't go through with their order, and it works great! It offers a discount code to the customer, and sends a realistic personalized text with their name so people really think its me texting them. I also love sending out campaigns when I launch a new deodorant scent, run a sale, or have any other exciting announcements and it does great! I also do a lot of email marketing, but text definitely resonates with a different crowd of people which I find to be super helpful. Any questions I have had, Kyle from support responded to me promptly and helpfully. We had 80% of our carts abandon and in the first month or so with TxtCart they have recovered over $7,000 for us. These are customers that want the product that need that final nudge. In most cases they would not have come back. Best of all I get to watch the bot conversations. We tried this manually and it failed. These guys are great.
