The AI helper has been amazing to work with. I have been able to get a lot of things handled. There are some things I would like this app to do. Mainly, I want to be notified if a customer text communications goes beyond 3 customer questions. I would also like to be notified if I decide to handle a customer question, I want to be notified when and if the customer responds. The agent said the app is working to implement those items. These would be great improvements IMO

Tex Cart has been one of the best additions to my Shopify store. It's incredibly easy to set up, and the abandoned cart recovery through SMS has helped recover sales I would have otherwise lost. The platform is reliable, the automations work seamlessly, and the support team is responsive whenever I have questions.
