Messed up my whole website. photos don't show up. what a mess. I uninstalled and it won't go away now.

The app is bit slow but support is good , got proper response whenever required. Also provides almost all filters required in collection page

After installing this app, my collection pages are incredibly slow. After uninstalling the application to fix the issue, their filters remain, which is slowing down my website.
Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that the response time from the server to our test location in the US is pretty fast. We can move your store data to our EU DC so you can connect to it faster. Our app has the theme revert function. In case you dont know, we have sent the theme request to your email so our dev can help you quickly.

This app is great helpful features and cusomtizations for colleciton and search page and integrations of Review apps and other useful plugins with amazing customizable filters. Also their support is very quick response and great.

UPDATE - Getting very annoyed with how many times their servers go down. And when they do they turn off their chat help function. Incredibly frustrating. ------------- I can not state enough how great these guys are. Every customisation I have made has been done within a few hours. the app works quickly and efficiently. Its extremely easy to use, with a huge scope for custom development. Thank you all so much, I wish I had found this app sooner.

The Team at Collection Filter & Search USF honestly went above and beyond to help me with a load of queries I had. Im not the strongest coder and was worries about making some changes and adding desired functions. Little did I know the support agent Nancy would take all of my queries and apply them for me on my website without me having to worry. Honestly aboslutely stellar service from Collection Filter & Search USF!!. There filtering plugin is a staple of functionality on our website and there customer service is the icing on the cake, A+++++ from me!
