The search and filter functionality is amazing. The ability to customize the search algorithm is quite impressive. I created a copy of our theme to first test the app and make sure it wouldn't screw up the rest of our store. Not all the items images were showing up in the collections page. So I reached out to support. I think there was a communication issue at first, but they rapidly solved our problem afterwards and then migrated the changes for us to our main theme. Overall, I would recommend this app. If you're having issues, don't hesitate to reach out to support and they will help you!

Initially got this app to add filtering options to my collections. If you first get the app and it does not work initially look right with your theme, contact them via their live chat and they'll have it sorted and looking beautiful within minutes. The app has a lot of really useful features i never even thought about and seeing a lot of value!

This app is very powerful. You may get issues with installation at first so make sure you install it on a theme copy that remains offline. On our end, we had issues with the theme and then issues with the app licencing. It took around a week to solve all issues so we were glad it wasn't installed on our Live store. Once the app is well installed, the features are just AMAZING. We created custom filtering for many of our collections. We integrated with Growave and Langify. The search is fast and quite good. We didn't even know about merchandising before installing the app. We now create tons of rules to show products that need to go; Pin limited edition products to show them off; and much more. Great app. Support is great, but expect 24-48 hours response time for complex issues. Most issues are complex when it comes to theme integration.

I used this app when another filtering / search program didn't work properly. A few click install and about a 30minute configuration later it was working perfectly. The team also fixed a slight currency conversion bug within a couple o f days and were very responsive. 10/10 would recommend

We needed a system to show all the variants of our products on collection pages. this app helped us a lot and is great. Also the support team was extremely efficient and quick on answering our questions. Now our store look better than ever! Thanks again and good job!

Fantastic search engine, great filtering system, and a very fast and helpful support team! Been using them on our page for about half a year now, if not more, and for the only time I've experienced a slight hiccup, it got fixed within a minute!

This app is very untrustable. Sometimes they go down and since the app manage all the collection pages you'll end up with a down store too. The main issue is that they NEVER tell you, you'll have to find out yourself and quickly act: publish an emergency theme, stop ads campaign (if they are running with collection pages links), etc... Better to stay far from this , a lot of time to recover the mess.
The issue was with the merchant's custom links not redirected to the correct filters. It only happened to your store migrated from the previous version. We were working overnight to handle this for you. Everything is back to normal now :) Good night sir.

We used this app for almost a year with no problem at all. With Shopify new update and added filter functionality we decided to let go of the app. Our page speed dropped 10 points the day we deleted. We suspect bad behavior from the app developers since I explicitely mentioned that we are removing the app inorder to improve our store speed. Shopify chat also confirmed that the app may have left residual code. We are yet to confirm this. I'll update the review accordingly.
Sorry to hear that you would use the default filter features. We checked your site and see no code left from our app that can affect your site. The score drop may be that: our app is highly optimized for speed and when you remove it and use the default theme filter, that advantage is gone with our app and your store score is back to slow again.

This is a great app. It helped us to get our store off the ground in our niche business. Support is great and their app was able to keep up with our huge product catalog. No other filter app met our needs. Ultimately, we decided to build a solution that fully met our needs in house, but this app filled the gap nicely until we were able to get our own solution off the ground.
