Fantastic search engine, great filtering system, and a very fast and helpful support team! Been using them on our page for about half a year now, if not more, and for the only time I've experienced a slight hiccup, it got fixed within a minute!

This app is very untrustable. Sometimes they go down and since the app manage all the collection pages you'll end up with a down store too. The main issue is that they NEVER tell you, you'll have to find out yourself and quickly act: publish an emergency theme, stop ads campaign (if they are running with collection pages links), etc... Better to stay far from this , a lot of time to recover the mess.
The issue was with the merchant's custom links not redirected to the correct filters. It only happened to your store migrated from the previous version. We were working overnight to handle this for you. Everything is back to normal now :) Good night sir.

We used this app for almost a year with no problem at all. With Shopify new update and added filter functionality we decided to let go of the app. Our page speed dropped 10 points the day we deleted. We suspect bad behavior from the app developers since I explicitely mentioned that we are removing the app inorder to improve our store speed. Shopify chat also confirmed that the app may have left residual code. We are yet to confirm this. I'll update the review accordingly.
Sorry to hear that you would use the default filter features. We checked your site and see no code left from our app that can affect your site. The score drop may be that: our app is highly optimized for speed and when you remove it and use the default theme filter, that advantage is gone with our app and your store score is back to slow again.

This is a great app. It helped us to get our store off the ground in our niche business. Support is great and their app was able to keep up with our huge product catalog. No other filter app met our needs. Ultimately, we decided to build a solution that fully met our needs in house, but this app filled the gap nicely until we were able to get our own solution off the ground.

Awesome app. Easy to setup. I had a display glitch i the collection page but it was quickly resolved by the app team. Fast and responsive. A must for large collection stores !!!

Used it and perfect and good support as well. Had some issue with my theme CSS and plugin but resolved within minutes of support.

This app ended up saving me money, I was able to get rid of my search app, and my quick view app. The features and settings are extensive. I've also had to use their service chat a few times, and they've gone above and beyond to help.

Finally i got the help with super fantastic support person "Nancy" regarding the app "Collection Filter & Search USF". I had to add the sort filter by meta field on my products page, due to some issue it was not reflecting. She helped me in right way

Excellent responsive customer service, helped with all integration issues quickly and were able to accommodate all requests! Dashboard is very helpful, I do wish the quickview content was a bit more customizable but still excellent addition to any site.

This is a fantastic product filtering and search app! It has made filtering through our products so much easier for our customers and it's great how you can customize the search to display popular products or items related to the terms our customers search for. It integrated well with our theme which was one of the biggest selling points for this app. There is so much you can customize and they have done a great job making the app user friendly. Customer service has been fantastic and has done a great job with our custom requests!

Great App and great support for installation, they were quick to respond and customise to our theme. App looked great on our site. I would have given 5 stars until i got to the price - the app store page was not clear on pricing, just said "based on number of products" but did not say how many. I discovered that although I only had 1000 products because we are on Plus it was US$69 per month. Even with a discount it was too expensive for a new startup shop. I think there should be bit more clarity up front. But as far as the app and support goes it was great while it lasted.
