We are a new user of Unleashed and have had a few questions regarding setup and different processes. Over the past month I have reached out to the support team via the live chat many times and seem to get Parmeet as our support person the majority of the time. Every experience has been great with all queries sorted in a prompt and thoughtful manner. No complaints so far!

Unleashed has been a godsend for our business. It covers everything from demand, batch tracking, sales, credits, forecasting, the servicing and help provided has been second to none. Very highly recommend.

This integration may have some issues in the past but Unleashed has worked hard on this app and it works really well now. Unleashed works very well for our business and our stock control / ordering is much better now then it ever was in the past!

Unleashed is a great inventory Management tool, we have been using for a while, and happy with the integration between Xero and Shopify, the support team is great.

Just wonderful customer service from Unleashed, I always ask for help to the same person and that helps to keep everything better. I have been using Unleashed for one year now and happy with it. Integration with upstock, shopify and xero is great and makes everything super fast. Great system.

Unleashed has many great features such as AIM for forecasting and planning and many of the production functions are really helpful too, however this integration with Shopify is faulty. This integration sporadically fails to import sales orders meaning inventory gets out of sync, fortunately we don't rely on unleashed for fulfilment or we would have totally missed orders. More recently the integration to the stores have started turning themselves off without notice, and frustratingly the button to turn them back on manually is missing. We operate 4 Shopify stores integrated with unleashed to keep our inventory in check.

Unleashed does not work with Shopify. If you have any variant or want the slightest thing to be different in your Shop - it will all break. The pricing is misleading. EVERYTHING is an additional cost. Our site has been broken for days now, but without the outrageous price for "priority support," you get zero assistance. $600 a month and I can't take orders from my shop. Its been days and my "customer support agent" who is quick to upsell me on more addons and packages is suddenly very quiet. After suffering with Unleashed since 2022 we will be looking for another solution.

We've been with Unleashed for a couple of years now. TLDR, It's very expensive and nothing is ever included. Want customer service? It's $100 extra a month. Another $45 per Shopify or Amazon integration. Reporting - extra. Another account - extra. B2B sales? Another $200 a month. Onboarding.. extra! We told our "account manager" that we were looking for a more affordable solution and they suggested removing the customer service plan. So now we cannot get a hold of anyone for any reason. The system itself if buggy, we need lots of workarounds and it's just not worth the cost. Looking for a new solution now.

We perservered with Unleashed for 3 years before finally giving up on the software because it adds unnecessary complexity to simple tasks and creates holes and double ups, that lead to dispatch errors if you're not constantly monitoring it. In short, its integration with shopify is the main issue. When you edit an order in shopify, those changes will not pull through into Unleashed - you will need to cancel and manually create a new sales order which then doesn't sync to any order in shopify. If you have a custom product, a product with no SKU or a SKU double up or an issue with a customers address, it will not pull the order through. It also does not sync fulfilment status with shopify so you manually have to fulfill the orders in Unleashed after you dispatch them. These are basic functions they've been aware of for years but failed to address. The crazy part of this is that its 'ecommerce hub' is a paid extra. The setup is complicated with a long learning curve and the subscription is expensive and regurlarly rising. For a merchant operating primariliy on shopify, this programme will make your life harder, not easier.

We've been using the Unleashed - Shopify integration for a month now and all seem functioning as it should. There are some bits and bobs that we must to adjust, but overall has a good functionality. The onboarding team at Unleashed (Mike Y) was very helpful when we first integrate the systems, showing amazing knowledge and great support. So far the system is great.

We have been live with the Unleashed -Shopify integration for a month now and have just come to the end of our onboarding. Mike and the team were so incredibly supportive and always went the extra mile to help us configure the integration and associated processes for our particular business needs! I have never experienced this level of customer support. Apart from the ability to map orders from multiple shopify locations, all the features we have needed have been available for this integration!

I feel like I have had one of the worst experiences to date. So far, I haven't been able to get any help unless it is done on their timeline, and they do not seem very urgent about it as a customer. Will decide if to cancel on continue using this

Mike's handling of our Flightpath perfectly combined patience, understanding and product knowledge. This provided us with great confidence whilst transitioning from our previous software, to the far superior Unleashed product. He is great Ambassador for the Unleashed company and ensured we had a perfect introductory experience.

We recently signed up to Unleashed after feeling let down by our previous Inventory Management Software. The Flightpath was excellently executed by Mike, who guided us through the process, as well as offering feedback on the information we'd uploaded into the system. I've set up a few similar pieces of software over the past 10 years, for various businesses, but I can honestly say that none of them have offered the level of support that Mike has, nor had the knowledge Mike has shared with us! The software also works better, and has more advanced features than anything I've used previously. The ability to add part of a stock unit to BOMs is astounding, the margin per line is incredibly useful. We're incredibly grateful for how easy Mike has made the implementation process, and we've found ourselves feeling a bit sad that we don't need any further calls with him!!

Unleashed is a wonderful business solution. We have used it for 4+ years and have seen many improvements like the Shopify app & B2B apps. We have 5 Shopify stores all shaking hands with unleashed to help us only sell in stock items & importing customer details so it saves our little fingers typing. I would recommend unleashed in a second it is easy to use and simple to view custom data you need.

We have been using the Unleashed - Shopify integration for 12 months now. At first the Integration was quite basic but very helpful. In the last few months Unleashed has improved the integration, most importantly with the ability to edit the orders in Unleashed if an item needs to be refunded or if the customer purchased the wrong product. Previously we would have to refund the whole order and start over as you could not make any changes. If I ever need help the Unleashed support on the live chat is also very helpful and usually every time my query is answered. Also Unleashed works well with the Starshipit for booking labels as they all integrate back over to Shopify which saves a lot of time!

We have recently switched to Unleashed and it syncs with both of our shopify stores. It handles everything incredibly well and also integrates with Xero so for us it's now the core software that links everything up, and we're really impressed with the functionality. The onboarding process was smooth and efficient, our consultant Mike Yazbek was knowledgeable, friendly and supportive and we couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Unleashed!
