We have some products in our store that we cannot sell without a prescription file, so this app was a lifesaver! Easily customizable + great support!

The extended image editor has great features. I didn't have a chance to test it too much yet, but the app looks really great and user-friendly. Only negative experience is that custom support wasn't too supportive when I asked a customization on the thumbnails at Cart Page (images takes too much space, but it is good that we have them!). I only received a link to a related FAQ page and a guidance to hire a developer. Regardless of the lack to try finding a solution, support team responded very quickly. I hope later on there will be an option to customize the Cart look without specific coder knowledge and make this App even better.

Extremely helpful application, very well built i find the configuration settings to be clear and concise, the flexibility to edit the colors and more for branding alignment is a excellent, I had this app last year for a different store and have chosen this app again for a new store for the simplicity on my side and the customers side. If you need an app to captures customers photo uploads and text fields this is for you. Highly recommend !

Best out of the box Image Upload app. Straightforward and easy to use. Customization like this usually costs $100s with developers, but you get it for a very low monthly cost. Amazing support team for little tweaks as well.

Instead of fixing their mistakes, they just dismiss you: Great, the app store is a free market, our app does not seem to be a great fit for you. You can find the best app that meets your needs.

Very useful for anyone who needs to personalise some or all products. Support is fantastic, Michael was very helpful in sorting out a custom fix to send an internal email using Flow that contains the custom info.

Had an issue in uploading file in shopping cart and their support team were very helpful. Fixes the bugs right away. Highly recommended.

I have used this app on and off and it seemed to be working fine but recently my customers have started to complain that it missed uploading the file a few times. I am losing business because of this. *so they replied stating it is a problem with my theme (my site has same theme for 2 years now) . You guys just do not want to accept the problem and keep passing the blame to something else. Disappointing!

It's a great app and very powerful, Michael provides great support. The only downside is that the app can be pretty confusing. You need to spend some time understanding how everything works. I certainly haven't had the time to fully learn it and there are things I still don't understand how to do, but again, Michael is always there to help

Excellent app. User friendly & responsive design on all devices. Super fast and friendly support when needed. We use it together with their other app called Live Product Option and the 2 apps together are almost (perfection does not exist & we do have a couple of functions we hope to see in future versions of this app) exactly what we are after for our website.
