Excellent app! It does exactly what I expected it to and I've never come across any issues in my 6+ months of use.

Fantastic app! This makes it easy for our customers to just upload their pictures for printing. You can also set the ratios of the cropping, which are needed for photo printing businesses like ours.

This app does exactly what it says and looks very nice on the page. The support is also excellent and ironed out a small theme issue we had.

I tested this app. On the positive side it is customer friendly and easy to install. It takes very few clicks for the customer to upload, edit and order. On the negative side, customer images cropped in the editor will have a color shift. I noticed this when I made a test purchase in my own shop. Customer service confirmed this and informed that this will always be the case for browser based editors. I assume that is correct and therefore I asked customer support if it was possible always to download two versions of the customer image: The original file and the cropped one. Then I can use the original file and crop it in Photoshop based on the customers input. Customer service was not willing to allow that due to the fact that other users had not requested that. This issue may not be important for all web shops, but for printing quality images correct color management is essential. My conclusion: 1) Correct color management should be a core competence for any app handling upload of images 2) Customer support should go a long way to meet a relevant customer demand. Fortunately I was able to find another app where the requested service was no problem. Based on the shortcomings 1) and 2) I can only give 3 stars. However I would be happy give Upload-Lift Image Upload a second chance if the issue is solved in a later update.

Amazing app for uploading images for product customizations. Tried a bunch of different apps and none works as well as this one. Highly recommended.

I recommend 100% both applications "live-product-options and upload-lift" from Cloudlift.App. The two are very versatile, highly configurable, and work very well together. You can configure them according to the needs of the products and you can visually use a custom CCS for the variant visuality of the products, you also have other customizable visual options. Despite being such a young app, I highly recommend it. The best thing they have is technical support with a quick response in less than an hour, and if you have any problems they also attend you on weekends. I am very grateful for this app and for Michael, who has always found a solution to all my problems.

Works as intended, and the support is the best i have experienced, it has a very detailed interface and very good multi language support.

This app is wonderful. Not only can my customers upload their files, but I can also add fields for them to provide additional information. Customer support has been amazing as well. Quick to reply and help. I would highly recommend this app if you want your customers to upload files to their orders.

This is my absolute favourite app for my store. I love that it can be customised so much for different listings and it has made my store process much more streamlined now customers can upload photos at point of purchase. It is also great for just creating text fields. I have just upgraded to a paid plan due to the amount I use it and the price is very reasonable in comparison to other similar apps that I did not like as much.

Literally the best upload app there is. You will be doing yourself a big favour. Uncomparable, and I have reached out to all of the other main app providers about the solutions that their apps offer. Plus, which makes this app indispensible, their support is uncomparable as well. Michael, the developer of the app, is not only always answering within less than an hour, even on Sunday nights, but also providing the right answers and asking the right questions. And even going above and beyond that, he has quickly spotted, debugged and solved bugs that were in my theme code and were not at all related to the app itself. I have been in the Shopify landscape for quite some time now, and have never had such good support before. I would also recommend you installing this app, even if no uploads at all are required in your store :p On the technical side, here are things that the app can do, which all the others cannot do (and I have tested and talked to all the main ones, some even with a lot more downloads): - Place the upload widget anywhere you want, and it still links uploads to an order: product page submits the files in the product form and links them to that, on the cart page it submits the uploads in the cart form and links the uploads to the order. And you can even place the upload widget on the thank you page, and it still links the uploads to the order. This is important because: - basically all upload apps dont work really well in in-app browsers (crucial for all ecommerce brands who run ads on FB, Insta, Google etc.), especially if you require more than 1 uploaded file. The working memory of in-app browsers is just too small to handle it. Uploadlift has thought of that and included a message that tells users to open the website in the main device browser instead. And Michael also helped me optimize this after spotting it in analytics, as of course an error impacts conversion rate. I have now placed the upload box on the thank you page, so after the customer has paid, so that this error does not impact conversion rate anymore. All the other apps have the same issue, but since they cannot be placed anywhere else than the product page, this would be a deal-breaker for all stores requiring this. Not with Uploadlift. - Users can upload multiple files. Which many other apps dont support. - You can add more/other fields to the app as well, like text fields or select fields, which makes it perfect for any custom products that also need some text description or others – without having to install yet another separate app for that. - Michael is always working on improving the app, he has shared quite a few interesting things with me which are coming soon! Do yourself a favour, never think about any other upload app again, and just use this.

One of the best if not the best image uploader tool amongst all other upload apps. The option to upload multiple images is great and eliminates the need to make multiple single-upload tabs like it's with other apps. Also makes your product page very clean. You can also customize the button color to match your theme. Very impressed. I would love to see additional options added to this app like price add-ons or color swatches to completely move away from other apps as currently, it's a mix, image uploader from this app, and other options from other apps.

I use this app in my website so customers can upload photos that we then use in our customised products. It does exactly what I want and was so easy to install. There was some simple customisation that I could do myself so the upload button matched my webpage. When I did need some help with another customisation, Michael from Upload-Lift was so helpfull. This app works great and support helped me with an issue quickly with an error popup when someone didn't upload an image. (Set minimum number of images to 0)
