The app works great and fast for uploading pictures by clients. The team members have good communication and are super fast to reply to emails, they helped me set up the app when I had few troubles and now it looks great! very happy with the service.

Absolutely brilliant. Contacted them at 10pm and the following day everything was updated as requested. They arranged my website so that customers can see what they are uploading and preview. Fab service !

Not a good app für customizing services. Only download it, when you need any picture and want to resize it by yourself! If you add any aspects like an Aspect Ratio 4:5 and the customer then crops the image, the app does not give him an aspect ratio on force and he has to freely choose exactly this crop, otherwise there is just an error message, which makes it impossible for him to place an order. So: Just for Image uploads its nothing special but okay and works for everything else its really really bad

The crop tool will apply the aspect ratio set in the app (such as 4:5), allowing customers to adjust their images to fit your product's required dimensions. Don't make the same mistake I made going with this app over the countless others that are sooooo much better then this and less expensive. I made the costly mistake of trusting this app for my store and had countless option sets which took a long time to set up. 1st off, they lack the functionality to edit your order in the cart which literally every OTHER options app offers and they charge you extra if you want to allow customers to upload their files which is a basic functionality for other options apps. The biggest issue I have with this app is the lack of support and transparency. There was recent an update with shopify that made this app not function properly, but they decided to not tell their users. This ended up costing me $1000's of dollars in sales since customers couldn't even add to their cart, the only reason i knew was because i started to get customer complaints. When i reached out to them, they ended up saying that it was due to shopify making an update and that they weren't able to do anything about it. I reached out to shopify, and they did confirm that they performed an update to their api's which is common but that all apps are made aware of any type of updates weeks or months in advance so they can properly update their apps to not have any issues. The fact that infinite options has as many downloads as they have you would expect them to at least tell you that they will not be able to function the way they were, but no they decided to omit that information and just wait until users noticed. Their support team is literally a joke, if you're reading this go check out all the other options like hulk, globo, avis, and various others that are less expensive but offer wayyyy better functionality, the difference is not even close. I wish i would have never installed this app and saved myself the countless hours of having to migrate to a different app, let alone the thousands of dollars that this app ended costing me by not working as it should've. I hope that my post helps at least 1 person not make the same mistake that i made and chooses to offer their product options with an actual reliable app.

This is by far the best custom upload app I have used. Even with a custom theme, their documentation is clear and easy to implement. Had this set up in 10 minutes and working like a charm!

Amazing app, and customer service! My customers are easily able to upload a photo to customize their product. Emily Fladager was a pleasure to communicate with as well, I enjoyed working with her.

This has helped increase my sales 50%!! Customers are more likely to buy if they have a way of uploading their photos themselves.

The app seems to be great so far! I compared dozens of apps, and selected Uploadry because of its seamless integration to Infinite Options. Install was super easy, and their customer support has been phenomenal! Their Expert Install Service is going to work on the couple small changes I couldn't get myself due to the theme I chose, but it's free!

I installed this app about 3 years ago and recently updated my theme and for some reason it didn't installed my apps. I reached out to them and they fixed my issue in minutes. I cannot recommend enough. Love this app and their costumer service. Thank you team!
