Used Uploadery to add multiple upload options for shop users to provide custom content in Debut theme. I did struggle with the initial set up but luckily the app developer had excellent customer services and Alan at ShopPad sorted out my set up. I recommend using the free expert set up they offer.

I just installed this app to test out the crop/image size functionality. As I was installing a few features (like show image preview on product page) something happened. BUT, support was amazing. I started a chat with Mandy who understood the issue immediately. She then connected me with Logan who was able to fix my code completely. I am very impressed by their swift response. I look forward to trying out the app in the coming days and will add their swift help response in the column of reasons to keep the app going.

Our website sells many customized products. Need user to upload image. We tried a lot of apps, We found that Uploadery is the best, And the price is right thank you very much.

I've had this app for almost a year on mybrandandme.com.au and it works really well. My customers always comment about how easy it is to order and my conversion rate is over 5%, and as 80% of my orders are by mobile, it makes this app is even more impressive given upload themes etc. The service team are awesome too. Just today Mandy and Alan smashed out solutions for me as I looked to change Shopify themes and didn't want to lose my links / set up. They even noticed a few extra things that wouldn't work with Uploadery and fixed those for me too! 5 stars (including Mandy and Alan)

Starting to try it, It seems to works very good. Support via chat is very helpful, I definitely recommend it!!

This app has been working great and it is truly an essential feature of our site. Need to upload files to custom print materials. Free, expert setup was fast and seamless. Would love if image preview was available for PDF files too.

Very good customer service. I had a problem & Mandy got this fixed right away. I would reccomend this app to anyone who needs customers to upload files on the product page.

This app is exactly what I was looking for! There are a few steps to manually set it up, but they have a great customer service team who will do it all for you (!) and who is super responsive if you have questions. Very happy with Uploadery so far!

I uploaded this app to my site and was getting customer images within ten minutes. I then ran into some issues and through their FAQs and their amazing chat support I got everything done I needed (on a live site) within about twenty minutes. Amazing app and even better support. Thank you Logan!

I'm using this for a customer to upload a photo of theirs. I add it to a custom digital backdrop I make for them, then email them the Custom Sky Portrait back. This is a great program, and so easy for the customer to use I can't believe it! The staff is super-helpful, friendly, and is able to work small miracles. Every little tweak taken care of. They go out of their way to make it work just like I want. I highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend this app! ShopPad installed the app for me saving me hours of confusion (I am NOT tech savvy), AND hours of toggling back and forth between emails/texts/order forms for customized orders. Simple enough that I could figure it out once installed, but advanced enough to streamline how I fulfill my customer's orders. Thank you!

Very simple to install and use, and does exactly what you need it to do. Customer service is also excellent and quick to respond.
