Uploadery has saved me SO many emails to my customers. Our product is a custom poster made from a photo that customers send to us, and this saved us so much time and frustration from our customers. We used to not have it, and now that we have it all the questions about where customers load their files are now gone! We've used this for about 2.5 years now. The support continues to be fantastic as well, when needed. Highly recommended!

This is one of brilliant apps that really helps for custom products. I have few questions, 1.) How to manage those files uploaded to your API over AWS. I'd like to see if anything I can transfer for backup purposes. 2) The limit size you mention from the plan subscription it means the capacity size of the storage available or it is the file size acceptable during the upload?

This app is key for letting our Electronic Music Composition contestants upload their songs when they submit their entry fee through Shopify. Some of the initial set-up process is tricky, but their customer service people are great and they'll do most of the work for you, and customize elements upon request if they can.

Uploader works great. Had to change themes and had an issue with displaying the upload button. Sent one message to support and was fixed before I can even get back to check the email. The support team is truly amazing! Now, will buy more with them in the future just for the service they provide! 5 stars!!!

I just installed this app to test out the crop/image size functionality. As I was installing a few features (like show image preview on product page) something happened. BUT, support was amazing. I started a chat with Mandy who understood the issue immediately. She then connected me with Logan who was able to fix my code completely. I am very impressed by their swift response. I look forward to trying out the app in the coming days and will add their swift help response in the column of reasons to keep the app going.
