Great app but wasnt able to use in my store. Customers could not upload using android devices. Thank you for trying to help

We recently started using this app and it has been working very well. The customer service is better than any other app we've used. They updated all the necessary code themselves without charging anything at all. We needed a few extra cusomizations added and it was taken care of within hours. Very impressed!!! This is our second app by ShopPad and most likely won't be the last. Keep up the excellent work!

We are pretty new to this app but the live customer support is the best I've ever experienced. The app works perfectly for us now. I had a small oversight. Highly recommend.

excellent customer service! I thought I was doing everything right but I couldn't get it to work, I messaged support after hours and they replied within a few minutes!

It was over 21:00 Saturday here in Canada and I mailed the support asking to help me install all the features of this software, hoping they're going to reply tomorrow or on Monday. They answered back in no time, set everything up in just 5 minutes and now everything is working :) Now my customers can see a preview picture after uploading, they also have image thumbnails in their cart and a link to the picture in the order confirmation e-mail. The cropping tool is very user friendly and and when the output file is set to .PNG there's no quality loss from editing the image. Minus star, because the app doesn't have an option to flip an image in the editor, only rotation is available.

Ryker.co We sell promotional products and it is a necessity for our customers to upload a logo to be on any product we sell. Finding out this app was available was a life saver! And I love the image preview that is on display when someone uploads a image. Thank you!

Handles huge uploads. If you make updates to your products (changing the URL, deleting a tag, etc.) you might break the connection with the app.

We sell luxury shoes with customized patinas or graphics. In this case we want to offer to our customers a simple way to upload the graphics he wants us to do on the shoes. Uploadery is an efficient way to do this. Preview of the uploaded file online is great and the support team is very reactive. A must have Dominique GAZEL Owner and founder jmlegazel.com

Uploadery has allowed me to receive customer's uploaded photos. It's a very good app, but the support is downright outstanding!

Having searched for an app that had some flexibility in uploading photo, I found Uploadery. I am EASILY able to designate size, pixels and a whole bunch of other good stuff for each of my products, as this APP works across products. I am so happy that I found Uploadery! Thank you for your amazing service.

Great app! We needed some customization and the ShopPad guys - Alan in particular - were awesome. Provided exactly what we required in only one day for the simple $20 White Glove Service charge. These guys are awesome! Still using 3 years later and experience has been the same. Fast response and assistance from their support team.

Uploadery offers much needed functionality to my shop in a very easy way. Saves a lot of time and back and forth emails from customers. The support from ShopPad is exceptional. The team is responsive, great communication and technically skilled. Would absolutely recommend this app and the ShopPad team.
