The one issue I had with this app turned out to be an error on my part! But the agent who responded to me (Anh Pham) patiently replied to my frantic message and let me know (1) what error I had made and (2) how to fix it. Even offering to do it on ShopPad's end so I didn't have another opportunity to make another mistake (my words, not theirs). As with most things in life, I wish it were a little cheaper since I'm already paying a monthly fee for my Shopify store, but I can't say it isn't worth the money. Thanks!

Fast customer support, easy for customers to use. It appears right above the add to cart so customers can easily see the option to add a file.

Uploader works great. Had to change themes and had an issue with displaying the upload button. Sent one message to support and was fixed before I can even get back to check the email. The support team is truly amazing! Now, will buy more with them in the future just for the service they provide! 5 stars!!!

I love this app so far and customer support is the bomb! Great service for all my many questions! I haven't been working with the app but one day so far but so far it's much better than the other apps that do the same thing only this one is much cleaner!

I love this app. It is a fantastic addition to our store. We couldn't operate without it. I got help with the app installation and Alan was wonderful. He went above and beyond for me to install this app and work with my theme. He was super fast and responsive. Highly, highly recommend. 5 stars

Used Uploadery to add multiple upload options for shop users to provide custom content in Debut theme. I did struggle with the initial set up but luckily the app developer had excellent customer services and Alan at ShopPad sorted out my set up. I recommend using the free expert set up they offer.

Needed a little help to do a custom install. These Folks went above and beyond with their help! Definitely recommend! Their customer service was responsive, timely and frankly did more Support than I would Expect. Very thankful.

i used this app so customers can upload the images and\or art they want printed on a t-shirt. MATT was patient and beyond helpful, took care of everything i needed and guided me through it as well. Would definitely use the service and recomend it again.

Good email assistance. Difficult to understand given that I want to install it and it's done - didn't expect technical behind-the-scenes work on my part - but the Expert Install free service was great and it's a he asset to my website. Thanks!

I just installed this app to test out the crop/image size functionality. As I was installing a few features (like show image preview on product page) something happened. BUT, support was amazing. I started a chat with Mandy who understood the issue immediately. She then connected me with Logan who was able to fix my code completely. I am very impressed by their swift response. I look forward to trying out the app in the coming days and will add their swift help response in the column of reasons to keep the app going.
