App has been working for us amazingly, no sweat. Setup was easy, the tutorials made it super simple! Essentially, the success of my entire ecommerce store is capable thanks to this app... Which is a little scary in a way, but this app allows me to be successful, and I'm so glad I found it! Aside from the app working right out of the gate, the support is second to none... All my questions were responded to within a day. For some more extra technical questions, the team forwarded me to Toby who is just a pleasure to work with! I'd hate to set the bar too high for this guy but he's been literally coding us unique templates specifically for our businesses needs and I'm so grateful for his attention to the customers. His app did what it was supposed to do, and yet he wants to help us out and solve more of our problems! Awesome app, great team, exceptional service. Thank you

Absolutely amazing app. Provides many features. Easy to setup, fast customer support, worth integrating into your store. I have faced an issue with a Focal theme, but the support team including Toby and Mary diligently helped me and resolved the issue. Kudos to the UploadKit support team as well!

This app is really amazing. It's intuitive, easy to use, and looks great on your store. I've used other apps for customers to upload pictures but this is by far the best. I was wanting to have a customization done and the app team was super responsive and helped me do exactly what I wanted. Love this app!

The customer support I received was fast and pertinent to my issue. No firm is perfect, that is an impossible expectation, but I am happy with the support, and the App seems to be working appropriately.

Update : Helpdesk got in touch after this review and worked on it. Review updated. Support is never around and doesn't seem to be of assistance when needed. Have an issue with their JS script and have sent a few emails but no update on when the issue is to be resolved.
