Update: the devs helped with the issue and created a language filter, so everything is more organized now. Bumping up to four stars for that reason. The app works well and has good functionality. The reason for my low rating is that it is not well thought out for markets. It becomes messy fast when trying to sell in multiple languages using the Shopify markets feature. You have mixed fields in different languages, and there's no way to organize them. The devs said since they do not have many merchants using this, they don't consider doing something about it at this time. It is understandable yet disheartening. I hope they can rework this feature in the near future. If you don't use Shopify markets, the app is great.

The app is great! Works with my website's theme, which is rare! The customer service is beyond great! They not only helped me resolve my issue with the app but also helped me identify an issue that was caused by another app altogether! They went above and beyond to help me resolve both matters! Amazing work!

Continued to get billed even after cancelling my subscription contacted the team and was able to get a refund. This was after almost 2 years of using their app with no issues

Super helpful service team. They are willing to help on the backend of your template to fix errors and update globally for most templates available. If you're on the fence. Don't be. Use this app. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing app. Provides many features. Easy to setup, fast customer support, worth integrating into your store. I have faced an issue with a Focal theme, but the support team including Toby and Mary diligently helped me and resolved the issue. Kudos to the UploadKit support team as well!

This is a great and intuitive way to add an image upload feature to your website. And what is even better is the service! I was trying to integrate UploadKit into my EcomSolid website and I was having some trouble. Their team quickly helped me out and got it working exactly how i wanted it to.
