Not only is this app AMAZING but their support team is even better. They are more than happy to help with any customizations you want and for me, they've always completed these within a matter of hours. Special thanks to Toby for his knowledge in helping me with our customizations. 5-star service.

Update : Helpdesk got in touch after this review and worked on it. Review updated. Support is never around and doesn't seem to be of assistance when needed. Have an issue with their JS script and have sent a few emails but no update on when the issue is to be resolved.

I'm sorry this took our developers best part of a day to work through -- it was tricky because the problem was unrelated to UploadKit, and we had to figure out which of your other apps was disabling the add to cart button. We've sent you the details about where we think the problem is coming from and who you should contact to resolve it. It seems that everything is working well now, but please let us know if we can still help with anything. Thanks!

We've been using this app now for several months and am really pleased with it. We use it so students can add a screenshot of the business page before booking on of our training courses

We had some problems with the app due to our theme/ upload button displaying incorrectly. The issues were addressed promptly by the support team. Haven't had much use of the app yet but pleased so far with the support, Thanks Guys! Much appreciated!!

I've used this app across multiple stores, and it always delivers. Super easy to use, quick interface for customers, fast upload speeds. I've linked it to Zapier so that I can fulfill orders really easily. Customer service is outstanding. I emailed in a question and got a response + fix in under 1hr. Incredible.

Im not writing reviews very often but UploadKit definitely deserved one. Repley within few hours to my request and solved it quickly for me. Its also one of the best apps for customers to upload files. I tried so many apps but the User Experience with this app is worth every penny. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Mary helped resolve my issue, right away. She knew what to do, was polite throughout her assistance, and replied very quickly. Not something you find too common with other apps customer services. I highly recommend UploadKit, not only is it reliable, but the designs are quite contemporary, making it the perfect apps for users looking for this feature.

I have just started using the app and it works perfectly as per my various requirements. It's great to find one perfect app where you can get everything that you have in your mind. This app does exactly what I was looking for! The support is above excellent!! There were some styling issues in my theme which screwed up the file uploading popup, but the devs helped me with that and solved the issue in no time! Thank you!!

This app works great. Thanks to Toby, Jeff and Brian for adjusting everything to my needs! Support reply is very quick. Integration of links to the uploaded images of an order in automatic emails is very easy and very handy.
