Very fast customer service, Great app, does exactly what I need done for my site. Whenever I had an issue (rarely) the customer service reaches out and fixes the problem very fast.

An absolute godsend for personalised items that require photo uploads. I was using a different app that was so complicated and no where near as advanced as this. So so easy to use, am really glad i found this app and such a good price too (i'm only 2 days in and still in free trial, but will most definitely be keeping this app). Very highly recommended by Sweetlea Gifts!!!

READ THIS BEFORE INSTALLING this app is the best one for uploading photos/other files you will find on the Shopify app store. we have greatly customized uploading options and the uploading button also greatly aligns to the product page design of our website. I've used UpLoadkit with my store since the beginning and it is fantastic and absolutely worth more than it's price. I've bugged the guys at UpLoadkit with dozens of requests and questions and the support has been amazing everytime. I sincerely recommend UpLoadkit.

BEST upload app!! We have used this for 6 months now and never once had an issue. We did have a small request to change the placement on our site and their customer service emailed back within the hour and the change was already made. Amazing service!! Amazing app!!

I run an online printing lab. Uploadkit is an efficient app to allow clients to upload large size files with more flexibility and even better pricing compared to the one I used. During the switch I had some file size and bilingual issues, and Toby helped me to solve all the issues. Overall great app with fantastic support. I'm happy that I made the switch.

Was using a competitor first, but decided to try out this after a tip. Best choice ever, this is how it always should be done. Enough customizable from start, and even when I wanted to have something tweaked even further to fit my store it was done by support in less than 5 min. No, this is not a fake review, I'm just impressed:)

I was looking for a good photo uploader app, checked a few apps before this one and I have to say this one is the best! it has many options for the customers to choose from. installation was fast and without code stuff. and when I needed adjustment, customer service was super fast and reliable. Plus, it is not expansive at all! Highly recommend it!

Our business and website is 100% about offering our customers the ability to customize their products. We've gone through several ways to receive customer's artwork and files and have always had challenges. We have use various apps and tools to try and receive customer files via our Shopify store. Our implementation was working but I always felt it could be better. Thankfully, I keep looking for a better file upload app and ran across UploadKit. The app installation was very straightforward no glitches, no code for me to write or insert, it just installed easy. The app controls are also very intuitive and easy to modify. I'd say that the app as designed would serve the need of 99% of store owners without any additional configuration required. We happen to be that 1% that has very specific rules, requirements and design guidelines that required us to need the app to behave slightly different. We use a lot of apps, some developers are terrible responders, some are average, some are great. Toby and the team at Upload Kit truly deserve another classification: EPIC! Every question, request, curveball that we threw at them was met with a kind, thoughtful, quick response & solution. Every need fulfilled. The bar has been raised for other app developers. As for the UploadKit app functionality, we are only scratching the surface but my initial impression is that it is very intuitive and has that perfect balance of features artfully designed so that the user experience is simple, obvious. If you need to receive files from your customers, look no further than UploadKit. It is the best option without question. --John BoardLams.com
