Not the cheapest app for "only" adding an upload button, but it works the best of all the apps with this feature, has the largest number of settings you can set, looks the nicest, and I got the fastest response from support I've ever gotten to a request. The response took just 30 minutes and the problem was already solved in my store at that point, so I didn't have to do anything, kudos to Jeff.

Mary helped resolve my issue, right away. She knew what to do, was polite throughout her assistance, and replied very quickly. Not something you find too common with other apps customer services. I highly recommend UploadKit, not only is it reliable, but the designs are quite contemporary, making it the perfect apps for users looking for this feature.

I came to write a review and saw they have 105 5-star reviews... Well, they'll now have 106 cause they're just awesome. I installed the app and didn't know how to edit some things so I emailed them asking for help and I had the whole thing solved in less than 24 hours. The app is great, but their customer service is even better. Thank you guys!

Fantastic customer service. Can't fault them, I asked for support thinking it was the app causing an issue on my site. It wasn't, but they told me how to fix it anyway!

The App is very easy to use and to install. The UI is very easy to understand. I had a small issue because I am using a third part theme and the support was amazing ! I had an answer within 5 min and the contact was very smooth. Thank you again !

It's the best app I have ever tried, with the best support. They are responding to me so fast, and they are so helpful. Furthermore, they even help me setting some custom facebook pixel events, which are not related to the app. Big like guys! Keep up the good work!

I have to give this app a 5-start review. I have tried many similar apps but eventually landed with this one. Very smooth UI/UX, and the support team is incredible, they did some custom coding for me so that the thumbnail doesn't appear too big. The turnaround time is less than 24 hours with great follow-up. I think the app is also used by big sites like https://crownandpaw.com/.

This app does exactly what I was looking for! The support is above excellent!! There were some styling issues in my theme which screwed up the file uploading popup, but the devs helped me with that and solved the issue in no time! Thank you!!

The best app possible for customize product. Super easy to use, have tons of features, is quick to instal and configure, and the customer support is just perfect. I had an issue with the way the app integrated to my store, send an email, Brian responded in less than 1 hour, had already made a quick code change, and the problem was fixed !

If you are working with custom products, don’t look for alternative because this is the best app on the market. I’m using Uploadkit since 1 year without any problems but the most important thing is the customer support, they even reply on Sunday and they do extra work that is not included in the plan for you, I honestly never had this kind of dev support but guys, keep it up because you deserve the best.
