Brilliant so far! I just set up all 15 custom emails for my shop in about 90 minutes, plus a created a win-back campaign! I'm excited to see what a difference this will make for our business.

Amazing App! We specialize in limited apparel and artwork designed by local artists. We wanted to be able to add some marketing and design to our store emails and Spently made it easy to get all store emails set up in under 15 minutes! I really like the ability to add a referral program in the emails, to encourage customers to share with their friends. We also wanted to follow-up with customers automatically after they bought from a specific collection, to tell them about other products in the same collection. The automated follow-up emails were easy to set up and have been very effective! The open-rate has been higher than I’ve ever seen, and the app has already paid for itself many times over! Highly recommended as a way to drive some extra sales! Brilliant!

The app was very helpful and had a lot of opportunities to personalize the message our company wanted to send to our customers. I had no issues with the app and it was coded very well. It ran smoothly, was user friendly and had tons of templates to choose from.

Wow, I absolutely LOVE Spently. I was looking for a way to edit my Shopify store emails and stumbled across a few apps. I chose Spently because it did not send duplicate emails, like Conversio and Mailchimp and had the added benefit of being able to send automated follow-up and abandoned checkout emails, which Orderly Emails did not have. Not only does the app have amazing features and customer service, but the email templates are beautiful, very flexible, and easy to work with. If you're looking for an app to edit your store emails, Spently is worth every penny.

Great selection of templates and many customization options for all email notifications. Intuitive and easy to set up. Great for brand identity and encouraging repeat buys. Well worth the time investment up front.

What a great tool. We were able to drastically improve the standard shopify emails with the excellent Spently templates and, more importantly, build out some robust follow-up email campaigns that can be triggered by all sorts of ecommerce activities. I was really impressed by the capabilities and integrations.

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt compelled today. This must be one of the worst email marketing softwares I've ever come across. Their old template builder was pretty ordinary (not very good). But their new template builder is literally one of the worst pieces of software I have ever come across. And I've used many.
We've worked very hard to continue to update our app since you last used it. It is now easier than ever to design all 21 of your Shopify notifications with our template builder and global settings. This allows you to configure all of your notifications at once, saving you time so you can get back to running your business. In addition, we've also made significant improvements to all of our marketing components giving you more control of your recommendations and unique personalized discounts. Lastly, we are always here to help you, so if there is something you are trying to achieve in our template builder or app, but can't get quite right, we'd be happy to do it for you. Thanks for pushing us to be better.

The support has been first rate with Spently with on the highest plan having emails rolled out and recommendations made makes the process a lot more efficient and helps get best practices up and running asap!

A money maker! We installed this app less than 1 month ago on the Basic plan to test it out. Just upgraded to the Super plan to accommodate our volume..so far over $600.00 in extra sales. Thank you Spently!

I have only just had the Spently team setup my account for me as I was traveling at the time. By the time I arrived home without any questions been asked the account was setup and ready for me to start work. I have asked a few questions after I arrived home and the response was very prompt and I live +15 hours ahead of there time zone. I give them 5 out of 5 for service. The time has arrived to put the full version to work. Stay tuned for my follow up comments.
