Spently is a great app! All of the features gave us both the flexibility to choose from ready-to-use templates as well as the ability to use a bit of coding when we wanted to go further into design customization. We’ve also been able to use follow up emails to help bring back customers that had abandoned their carts as well as implementing a Referral Program which is something we wanted to do for a long time. We would highly recommend this app, whether it’s for the work it does or the support team which provided us with an amazing service so far.

Spently is our go-to app for driving repeat sales in our store, we’re getting incredible results and big sales bumps from the upsells we add to our store emails. It’s basically a whole new channel for selling. We also really like the ability to create follow-up emails that automatically go out to people with abandoned checkouts as they really work in bringing them back to buy. The app has been great for bringing our brand’s look and feel to every email we send to a customer, which is really important. We’ve seen a lot of growth selling on Shopify, and now Spently is the fuel that drives our growth engine!!

Installation is quite easy. I decided to test with the free plan that is supposed to support up to 10 orders. A few hours and 4 orders later, I received an email to upgrade, that I have gone over the quota and no emails are being sent. By this time I had not even finished setting it up. I addressed this with support. I upgraded to basic. I must have missed their notification email because I just logged in and found email sending had been suspended again - so I can upgrade again to the $40 plan. This was after sending just 34 emails which include order confirmation, shipping, out for delivery and order delivered. I think this app uses cooked data to force you to upgrade billing. When I raised this with support, they asked for access to my store (which I gave), but they never offered any explanation why my order count and theirs do not match. Be warned. Your emails will keep getting frozen until you reach $400 a month plan.

So far, Spently is great! I am currently using the free plan for just order confirmations and I really like it! My only complaint would be that some of the plans are a little expensive but other than that I love it!

I HATE THIS APP, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO AN ENEMY, MUCH LESS A FRIEND!! YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO STOP FOCUSING ON TRYING TO MAKE MONEY WITH CRAPPY SERVICES AND SPEND MORE TIME ON GETTING THIS APP TOGETHER!!!

Using the free version so can only use the Order Confirmation email. When my customers order they automatically receive an email with a Thank You discount offer, plus recommended products for them - this has increased volume and value of sales. Great stuff!!

I was looking for a solution that let me customize my Thank You page within Shopify, and was recommended to Spently - They have so much of what I was looking for, and more!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the solutions they offer.
