Great support. We have been using the free order confirmation email, and their team has been very supportive. Works great and very easy to understand.

Just starting with Spently but so far so good. The templates are easy to modify and give a polished, professional look. Support has been great, very responsive. Looking forward to getting the most from this app when my store is up and running.

Great app! It hadn't occurred to me that notification emails had such high open rates and that they would be prime real estate for branding and engagement. The UI needs a tiny bit of polishing but overall really pleased and I know our customers at www.HeydayFootwear.com are loving it too.

Absolutely LOVE Spently! The platform is so easy to use and it makes our e-mails look beautiful. We have found that the e-mails we are sending through spently are much more engaging for our customers. Integrates perfectly with Shopify! Would definitely recommend to anyone with an e-commerce business. Thank you Spently team!

This app has saved me from any dispair that I could possibly have when it comes to follow up emails with my customers and being new to ecommerce. It is absolutely amazing!!! When my wholesalers in China fulfill orders when its 3am here in Cali, Spently sent a follow up email to the customer letting them know it was on its way at 3am. Set it up and it has been running like a charm. And the cutomer support people particularly Nick has been patient and detailed when giving instructions. I couldn't have made a better investment for my new business. Headache free and worth every penny! Thank you!!!

Easy to install and great templates - amazing for the free package. Unable to utilise many of the follow up emails currently due to the cross sell app we have installed. However on contacting someone there on the team at Spently, it was mentioned that they will look to supporting this in the future - personal service, cant be bad!

Excellent app. The initial sign up was seamless and customer service is top notch. If you're not using email as a way to increase sales, you're leaving a lot of money on the table. The spently app turned out to be the ideal solution for this need. Not only that, but it does a lot more than that. Great work guys!

Clear set-up process where you can not only choose a template, but also customize colors and such. Looks great! Also, customer service is very responsive and helpful (thanks, Ren!). Definitely recommend!

Spently is a great App, very easy to use and integrate, overall an A+ experience. I've compared with similar Apps, and find this to be the best!

Great app highly recommended! Although the GUI can use a little revision for starters you can get lost around the dashboard.
