This app has helped drive so many sales for us in just the first month! Definitely worth the paid version for all the additional email notifications and auto follow-ups feature. I love how we can see analytics and track performance on all the emails, and I especially like the "refer-a-friend" discount option. Highly recommended!

Pretty good app. Wish we could get a little more free, but the app does what it says well. Easy to use for the most part. I like the app, but can't afford the paid version for now.

Have been looking forward to getting into this app and upgrading our emails for out upcoming new site. Unfortunately for me, it has become a hassle. The biggest headache is that after you spend considerable time on customizing an email, most of those customizations do not carry over to the next notification template. This did not seem correct so I checked the FAQ and it says to use the "Replicate" feature. Well I can't seem to locate it. Additionally, when going into he company settings, I continue to get a login error. This is after I am already logged in. Even after resetting the password it still gives the username / password error and will not log in. Very frustrating! The vast majority of reviews seem to speak well of the app. So take my experience with a grain of salt and I would recommend you try the app for yourself before making a decision. For me however, it just seems to be a bit too quirky for the price. Speaking of price, for the amount charged on mid to high tiers, there really should be a few more quality templates available to choose from. While the ones available are decent, it would still be nice to have a larger selection. Perhaps more will come in the future. For now, be prepared to do a good bit of customization. The interface is easy enough to work with though and you should get the hang of it quite quickly. Good luck!
Thanks so much for the great feedback! We have since introduced global settings into the email builder which allow you to create all 15 emails much quicker, and for your design to persist across all of them so you don't have to recreate them all from scratch. We have also introduced new email template themes, and partnered with Out of the Sandbox and Pixel Union to offer email themes that match your website theme!

Spently is a great app, but your new prices are out of control!! We are paying $9/month on an old store, which is fair. Now, Spently are charging $89/month if you have more than 100 orders... $1068 per year just for an email design app? Sorry, but that's just not worth it.

Spently is super easy to use and their customer service is great. I had and issue with my Custom Products App integrating with the Spently templates, but they fixed it right away. I would recommend this app for anybody that wants easily customize their email notifications.

I've been using Spently for years, but hadn't updated the templates in awhile because I didn't really have the time to invest in redoing everything with their new template builder. Callum reached out and completely redesigned the templates for nothing, which was extremely helpful!

So far I have the free version of the app and have been able to create a beautiful bespoke order confirmation email template. I cannot offer an opinion on the rest of the options the app offers, but from what have seen of it so far, its a lovely app and there is very good customer service. www.apacheroselondon.com

Got the free version with order confirmation email, very easy to edit. Ours looks very professional now compared to the Shopify default. Only wish is to be able to just buy their other template at one time fee since we do not need other paid services. Thanks again! www.TheCommandment.com

Spently is a great app for people unfamiliar with coding or wanting to spend hours trying to learn how to create automated emails. This app does it all, with a simple easy to use interface which has allowed me to monetize my business. five stars.
