OMG! I am so impressed with their customer service. I am using the app in an unconventional way. I submitted a ticket to request some adjustments and they made them! They even set up a Zoom call to discuss and understand my needs. Then after they adjusted the app like we agreed, they went above and beyond and saw a potential issue and suggest a fix. They sent a video explaining what the solution would do and let me decide to enable the fix. Of course, I did. I have not had such great customer service in a long time. Thank you and your team!
