I would like to share positive feedback about Kriti, the support agent who assisted me today. She patiently walked me through the app settings and adjustments, making sure every concern I had was addressed clearly. What stood out most was her patience, professionalism, and willingness to stay on the call until everything was fully resolved. Even though the call lasted around two hours, Kriti remained helpful, courteous, and committed to getting all of my requests completed right then and there. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. She made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. I would also like to recommend the Logbase app, Selleasy. It has been a very helpful app with useful upsell and cross-sell features, and the support experience made it even better. Their responsive and knowledgeable team gives confidence that help is available whenever needed.

I love this app. It works so well and it has increased our upsells dramatically. Ruby’s support was incredible and was extremely helpful when I was wanting to have the upsells placed in other areas on my website. I highly recommend this app to anyone that wants to increase their turnover.
