Almost perfect. Great support and a very useful app, we only wish the product price would update dynamically to reflect the product add ons a user has selected. Unfortunately it's static.

Great and simple app to use with good options all-around. Great customer support and great pricing as well which is rare. However, it could use recommending items based on tags+criteria instead of having to manually select them. If this option is ever added, this review will change to a 5. Also some customization options that are built-in with preview would be nice, but this would just be a huge plus.

Easy to install and set up. Online chat help/customer service was brilliant when I had a question, and solved it in under 5mins for me. Only negative is I find it a bit busy on the product page.

Not directly trying to knock this service, but quick insights. I did a bunch of digging to compare services. I decided to install and try Selleasy first. It's great if you have VERY basic needs or a store with a small number of products. But if you want to set any conditions or rules - there's no option for that. For example, there's not even an option to set a post purchase upsell to not trigger if the item in the upsell was already purchased. So from a simplicity and design standpoint, everything looks very good. But from the ability to customize the offers to your unique needs -- specifically post purchase upsells -- it's pretty lacking. I may come back to try to the other widgets, but I originally installed it specifically for the post purchase widgets.

The Price is Right, Decent customization, Good Customer Service! I really appreciate the Freemium model where you pay per conversion, that feels much safer as a small business than committing to an app with too many features I don't need that's way overpriced. I also think they have quite a lot of good customization options, especially given that it's free (until it helps you sell something). My one criticism is the backend is a little more text based than visual, although there is a preview of the result, but if you're more of a visual designer than a computer programmer, all the text options are a little intimidating. But it's pretty intuitive! Really, very few compaints.

I had a small problem reaching out to them on a zoom call but once we finally got together they fixed it and it works great. What I like about the app it also will list the variants and give my customers an options without me adding each one separately. At this time I would recommend this app as it is the best one I have found that does exactly what I was looking for.

Great app! Super easy to use and looks great on whatever theme you're using as it allows for styling as well. There isn't many variations for formatting but that's not a big deal.

The app gives a lot of options and ways to create your upsell based on your preference. The assistance from customer service was fantastic with a zoom and screensharing. They changed the color and size of the button to match my store. The only downsize to the app is that you can't change the color or font without CSS and you can't change the position of the upsells or pop up on the page without CSS, which other apps do have. But they will change it for you if you tell them what you want and reach out and they have so many options and combinations for upsells, which is rare.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We would like to inform you that we are already working on a "do-it-yourself"(DIY) styling feature and this should roll out in the coming months. For now, since we have multiple widgets and every Shopify theme is unique, we are assisting our customers with styling customization using CSS. We will definitely update you when we release the DIY feature on our app.

A very straightforward and neat upsell application. Integrates nicely in my store and the only improvement I can think of is additional colour/font options to match one's store more closely. Cheers!
