Service is terrible. The app wasn't working and they had me get on a call late at night. Then the Rep was asking me what the problem is. I had already wrote a detailed description that the rep didn't bother to read, and then she wanted me to direct the call. I can't direct the call! If I could direct the call, I certainly wouldn't be contacting them. Just such a waste of time for something that doesn't work. Don't offer support if you're not going to provide it. It's that simple.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As mentioned earlier, we experienced audio issues on our end, which is why our agent had to repeat the same question. The call itself lasted only about a minute, but you chose to disconnect. We also reached out to you by email and offered immediate Zoom call support. However, you preferred to continue the discussion over email for hours regarding the time wasted, when the issue could have been resolved much more quickly if we had reconnected on a call. If you require support, we kindly request that you allow us the opportunity to provide it effectively.
