Hi, We’re really sorry for the confusion and for the experience that led to this experience. We understand how frustrating pricing misunderstandings can be, and we truly appreciate your feedback. UFE previously had a different pricing structure, and some older information may still reflect those past plans. Over the past few months, we moved to a free plan while introducing a new interface and adding more features, so merchants could try everything freely without cost. While we may introduce pricing plans again in the future, merchants who have already accepted the free plan will continue to use the app free forever and will not be charged. We regret that this wasn’t communicated clearly enough and caused confusion. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to connect and clarify everything properly.
