I got charged amount under "professional fees" even when I uninstalled this app within the trial period. This is unacceptable. Pls refund the amount.

Our records indicate that the app was used for 10 days, which is beyond the 7-day free trial, and the charge was therefore automatically applied by Shopify under “Professional” plan. Superior app! So many great features to boost your store and sales. Good customization possibilities and very easy to use. I highly recommend it to all Shopify users. I also had a few small issues with the app, and customer service fixed everything super fast with a very professional touch! Definitely one of the best apps and customer service teams out there.
