Used to be amazing. Now stuff isn't working and they are trying to pass off AI as real customer service that's a joke. If it wasn't AI I have never had a human repeat the question back to me as the solution. Bummer because I loved the app but if they can't even provide customer service anymore I would rather spend more and go to anther app.

I got charged amount under "professional fees" even when I uninstalled this app within the trial period. This is unacceptable. Pls refund the amount.

Our records indicate that the app was used for 10 days, which is beyond the 7-day free trial, and the charge was therefore automatically applied by Shopify under “Professional” plan.
