I got charged amount under "professional fees" even when I uninstalled this app within the trial period. This is unacceptable. Pls refund the amount.

Our records indicate that the app was used for 10 days, which is beyond the 7-day free trial, and the charge was therefore automatically applied by Shopify under “Professional” plan. Great app! Easy to use and to integrate! The support is so involved, they solved my problem very quickly, they were eager to help and that means a lot! I really recommend it and I think you need this application too!

Superior app! So many great features to boost your store and sales. Good customization possibilities and very easy to use. I highly recommend it to all Shopify users. I also had a few small issues with the app, and customer service fixed everything super fast with a very professional touch! Definitely one of the best apps and customer service teams out there.

Terrible customer service! The app does NOT work, and their support team asks you to change your website’s code just to make it appear. Don’t waste your time trying to get this app to work!

Really impressed with the Upsell Kit app and their customer service! It’s super user-friendly and easy to set up. I originally tried a competitor (ReConvert), but it was far too complicated. Upsell Kit made everything simple, and when I had a question, their live chat agent responded quickly with helpful guidance. I’m very pleased with both the app and the support — highly recommend!

Excellent app that offers a wide range of tools for upselling and cross-selling. We replaced two other apps with this one and couldn’t be happier with the decision. The setup is straightforward, and the support team is extremely helpful. We encountered an issue, and they made sure everything was fixed in no time. Highly recommended!

I love this app! It’s so easy to use and exactly what I was looking for. It’s also affordable, and the customer service responds quickly. Update. after using it a month before its okay but to be honest it doesnt help me boost my sales so i did not continue my sub.. Recently I tried the trial period again because I have promotion and uninstall after 7 days but they charged me the whole price! what a shocker.
