ALL THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE THERE BECAUSE THEY GIVE THEM FREE COUPONS! Very unpropfessional ! very poor customer service , i had fulfilled 10+ orders with them to a specific country , after asking about updates everyday , without getting responses (telling me ther are on vacation , etc ...) . Just after 12 days they tell me they cannot ship to that country and that was a problem , now i have problem with paypal and all because of the complaints , customer service seems like talking to chatbots . for the good of your business , FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER

Agents are not giving reply properly. Most of the orders didn't delivered yet. My customers are sending mails and agents are not replying. Please guys don't fulfill with these guys.

Really happy with the service and the pricing they provide. Communicating with the agents is easy and I have had no failed or delayed product deliveries within the US. They are reliable and I would be working with them for my future stores as well.

I just recently switched from CJ to USA drop, my agent is April, great communication with him, he was able to help me going through every steps and set up the whole thing so I wouldnt need to worry about a thing and focus on the sale. highly recommended.

How do I cancel this. I have to cancel my customer's order and refund their money because there is no customer service from usadrop. Emails give me the run a round and whatsap gets no response. I'm totally devastated because this company came highly recommended.
