Application nul, on peut même pas s'inscrire avec votre code de sécurité, C'est même pas recommandé c'est du n'importe quoi les Américains. Vous faites des choses trop compliquées.

According to the Shopify App Store, this is free for the pricing, but when you get into it, if you want to really do anything, you need to subscribe for either a monthly subscription or an annual subscription and there are different amounts that you would choose from. The free level doesn't really give you much of anything as they incentivize you to subscribe if you want to really do anything. I also received a message from Daniel, who's a sales manager, on WhatsApp asking if I had any questions and when I asked about the subscription requirement and the response was a reaction of embarrassed, but nothing else.

Failed to deliver hundreds of orders that I paid them to ship. Many were "shipped" with fake, illegal postage. I have lost so much money. They blame the freight forwarder and take no responsibility. I have begged Rick, Beatrice and other customer service agents for help. They only tell me that it is my "salesperson" who must help me resolve the orders. Nita, my salesperson stays silent and does not respond. No one will help. I have been trying for months to get my money back that I paid this company - no one helps and my orders are still not delivered for over 2 months, tracking stopped and all orders are lost. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY.

They are a complete scam company. I used their service to ship goods to customers. Before the goods arrived, they suddenly increased the price or asked me to cancel the service. I wasted a lot of time. This irresponsible company should go bankrupt.

I strongly advise against using this fulfillment service. They are completely unprofessional. I was promised that my orders would be fulfilled within 5-12 days, but almost every order took over two weeks to arrive, and some are still in transit! To make matters worse, if a customer requests a return, you're out of luck—they don't provide return labels, so you can't return the product. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable service.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this app/company. It is not responsive, completely unreliable for business purposes. Communication with the support team has been abysmal, with delayed and unhelpful responses. Due to items not being delivered on time, I have lost significant profits. I highly do not recommend this app for any serious use; it's only good for testing purposes at best. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

ALL THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE THERE BECAUSE THEY GIVE THEM FREE COUPONS! Very unpropfessional ! very poor customer service , i had fulfilled 10+ orders with them to a specific country , after asking about updates everyday , without getting responses (telling me ther are on vacation , etc ...) . Just after 12 days they tell me they cannot ship to that country and that was a problem , now i have problem with paypal and all because of the complaints , customer service seems like talking to chatbots . for the good of your business , FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER

I do not recommend this app to anyone starting a business, they advertise 2-7 business days shipping but this is not accurate. I listed the product to my store that have the 2-7 business days because they stated that the products are in US warehouse which is a lie I have order 15 days already to be delivered and not even update from their carrier. Please avoid this fake advertise app.

How do I cancel this. I have to cancel my customer's order and refund their money because there is no customer service from usadrop. Emails give me the run a round and whatsap gets no response. I'm totally devastated because this company came highly recommended.
