UserLoop AI Surveys & Popups

Awesome app for a great price. We were evaluating Fairing but balked at the price and frankly Userloop is doing basically everything we would want from a post-purchase survey. We have plugged it into Claude through the easy-to-use MCP connector and have easily automated weekly reports using the Userloop data (they also send their own helpful email summary each week, but we had some specific nuances that we wanted to reflect in a custom report). There was an issue with how the NPS data was pulling into the MCP and the Userloop team replied AND fixed the issue within a few business hours. Incredible!

We’ve really enjoyed using Userloop for our monthly customer surveys. We’ve been on the platform for a while now, and it’s clear the team is consistently improving the product. Their customer support has been stellar — responsive, helpful, and genuinely receptive to feedback and feature suggestions. The only enhancement I’d love to see is an easier way to export insights and analytics in a more flexible format for deeper reporting and analysis. Aside from that, it’s a strong, reliable tool that’s become an important part of our feedback process and one I’d absolutely recommend.

I was looking for a feedback app that could be used on my order status/thank you pages using Shopify's new checkout extensibility. This app fit perfectly. Not only is the app seamless, but the support you get is amazing. I've reached out a few times, and get a reply back instantly. I'm excited to see what insights I'll gather through this app!

App works great for running a post-purchase survey. Easy to setup and great AI features built in. Customer support is very quick to respond and always so helpful. By far the best support for any app/software that we use.

Killer App! Every year it just gets better and better. Our fav feature is that it tags the user & all of the products they bought along with giving unique discount codes at the end of surveys. Also... better yet. SUPER responsive team. We've even had the pleasure of talking to the owner numerous times; Great Guy! He's always looking for feedback. Truly smart & motivated guy.

Really simple app to install, great UX and fantastic customer service. The free plan is brilliant for us at the moment as we grow. Ideally there would be a plan in-between Free and $29 dollars a month, to enable the data export, but this is being super super picky :) Don't hesitate to toggle this app in - highly recommended!

Great app with amazing customer support. We have been using the app for three months now and everything works exactly as we expect. When we missed a feature in the app, we contacted support. A few days later, the feature was already implemented. We can now automatically add the survey answers as a tag to the Shopify customer account. Thanks for that! The AI Email Report is also very helpful and gives a good overview of all data. We highly recommend the app!

Intente añadir las encuesta manualmente con código pero fue un fracaso, busque en google como hacerlo mas fácil y aparecio UserLoop es muy facil de instalar, muy facil de configurar, la amo! la mejor aplicación del mundo mundial. I tried to add the surveys manually with code but it was a failure, I google how to make it easier and it UserLoop appeared, is very easy to install, very easy to configure, I love it! the best application in the world.

Amazing app and even better customer service. UserLoop allowed me to easily add two customer surveys, one after checkout at the confirmation page, and an email survey sent to customers who completed purchases and those who've left the cart-- for free. And when I had trouble setting up one of the surveys, James responded within 5 hours and resolved my issue right away. 100% recommend.
