WARNING to store owners, this is group is using shady marketing technique promising a "Shield" against lawsuits" but then, through complicated mumbo jumbo from their support team, walk back all the promises and try to get your money even though it's listed as one of the core feature of the app (and the app is listed for free). It took me more than 1 month to go through a whole conversation with Matheus and Ben, and my feedback went absolutely nowhere. Worse yet, I thought I was protected all this time because of their false promises. I wasted a lot of time on this and it looks like an over-promising app that then tries to charge large amounts. Be careful! I was told verbatim: "Up to 20% WCAG & ADA Compliance", not the best experience.

I reached out to Support through the chat this evening just to get some questions answered and Mark responded within 2 minutes! He was very helpful and even helped me find what I couldn't on my end when I was confused with screenshots. We had run into some trouble with our site in the past and were just checking to make sure there wasn't anything we needed to do. He explained my questions and even recommended what we should do on our end to make sure we have a smooth and efficient experience with the app! Recommend using the chat and app!!!

I just added Userway Website Accessibility to our website. The process was overall very easy and the live chat was amazing. We went from a score of 60 to 96%. For those that are questioning whether or not this is important, I would recommend you make this part of your budget and spend.

The app was easy to install and quickly resolved all issues. Customer support was responsive and helpful. We were so impressed that we purchased the yearly plan and can't imagine not having this valuable product from UserWay.org

App installed easiliy, fixed any and all issues and when I had to reach out to customer support they replied quickly and resolved any issue. Purchased the yearly plan as I can't see not EVER having this userway.org product. Congratulations on such a wonderful product and making it available reasonably for small businesses with limited budgets. Our team congratulates your team!
