Running a Shopify store is challenging, especially with customer queries flooding in at all hours. VanChat has taken on this challenge head-on, providing fast and accurate responses, which has led to a noticeable decrease in abandoned carts. Its capability to link to WhatsApp and send inquiries directly to our email has been invaluable for our customer service team

I really love the vanchat app for shopify. It learns and knows my store inside and out. I feel like the answers to client questions are spot on. Its great for educating customers and giving them solid recommendations. I just cant wait to see how they grow. The only thing I wish it had was either its own live chat helpdesk to handoff to my employees or if it would integrate into something like Tawk.to, intercom or some kind of live chat helpdesk. I am confident they will add something like this in the future.
