The proactive sales feature is incredibly powerful, and this app's AI capabilities are the most powerful I've experienced among most Shopify online customer service plugins! It can resolve most customer inquiries. It doesn't have bloated, complex settings and features, and it won't affect your internet speed. I once used a chat plugin with the highest download count, and it was so laggy every day that it made me question my existence. Replying to over twenty customer service replies was a huge waste of time, and I kept getting errors when typing in the code.

We haven't installed yet, but have been working to train the chatbot, and so far, it's looking really promising! Our hope is that this can lift some of the burden off our our customer support call team and answer more questions for customers and potential customers.

I rarely feel this happy about an app! I have been a long-time Shopify user, and this little app was so easy to install. It started generating orders without any extra work from me. Since my shop has a large and highly customised product range, I usually get a lot of customer questions. As a one-woman business, this app has been a true win-win — it saves me time and helps my customers instantly. Easy to install, smooth to use and already making a difference!
