UPDATED Review 9/24/25: They now have integrations with Shopify Inbox, custom live chat, or Gorgias. It looks like they are adding even more integrations to popular help desk solutions. So its an even better solution than when I first started using it last year. This app is constantly selling on autopilot and with the ability to hand off to live humans, its a game changer.
