We added VanChat to our store a few weeks ago and were impressed right away. Setup took minutes, and it immediately started answering customer questions with accurate, helpful replies. It feels more like a real assistant than a bot. It recommends products, helps with sizing, and even reminds shoppers about discounts without being pushy. We've seen more engagement and a noticeable lift in conversions. Support is also top-notch—quick responses and open to feedback. Definitely one of the better apps we've tried.
