The app generally functions as expected; however, recurring issues often arise, such as incorrect images displaying and, most critically, unnoticed errors that affect customer experience and lead to lost sales. These issues tend to reoccur, though the support team is helpful and responsive.

I have a problem with their app and their support is too slow for an online business. I think they need to improve their support team.
